A lot of people are getting into this new Air
Ultra Apex Diet Review Climber. It's great timing for the product, with everyone making their New Year's resolutions to lose weight. I'm not much of a New Year's resolution person myself; I prefer to make resolutions as I notice changes are needed, but I decided to check out this piece of equipment and see if it's something that will help me hit the next level in my fitness goals.
I love that it comes all ready to go. All you have to do is press a button to pump the pedals up with air. You can literally take it out of the box and start exercising. This is great for me because I lose interest quickly in doing something if I have to do a lot of preparation. I also like that it comes with a little diet plan. I usually end up modifying things here and there, but it's a good way to get started. It helps me to change up my whole system and give me immediate results.
The eating plan is pretty simple just like the workouts. But don't confuse simplicity with easiness. The workouts are definitely challenging and the diet plan does take a bit of will power, but that's as expected. You can't get results without a little hard work and self mastery. One thing you might notice at first using the the Air Climber is you need a bit of balance. Some people have more issues with this than others. Some people don't have any problems at all, but I've known some people that just had to put a chair next to them at first so they could hang on to something. I think the balance thing is really just a mind over matter issue.
