1. The machining process of Swiss type: The processing material is clamped by simple clamping, and the material moves forward while the tool remains stationary, and the part is treated by the tool's linear motion or swinging motion. The diameter processed by the fixed head type lathe can include the Swiss lathe and a portion of the turret lathe, and the speed of tool changing and processing is approved by the electronic and communication industries; however, the design concept of many turret lathe manufacturers is to consider the large through-hole, large diameter, and processing length, and it can do continuous feeding processing and single-piece clamping processing, which cannot be met by the Swiss lathe.
